SPS Commerce has acquired SupplyPike, a leading provider of invoice deduction management and prevention solutions. We enthusiastically welcome SupplyPike customers to our trading partner community. When was the change effective?

The change was effective August 1, 2024.

For SupplyPike customers, will the solution, service or pricing change?

Initially, there will be no change to customers’ solutions and service. In the future, based on the specific solution, customers will have the opportunity to or may be upgraded to the SPS Commerce network in order to take advantage of a larger product offering.

How will SupplyPike customers benefit from the acquisition?

While most aspects of customers’ relationship with SupplyPike will remain the same, customers will experience the following benefits that support their business growth:  

  • Access to the industry’s broadest trading community, which includes more than 120,000 trading partners in over 85 countries.
  • Expanded capabilities for connecting with global supply chain partners, such as third-party logistics providers (3PLs), international sourcing companies and factories.
