SPS Commerce and The Order Exchange are long-term strategic partners that have worked together to serve customers in the ERP market for many years. This acquisition expands SPS Commerce’s leadership in full-service EDI with System Automation for suppliers and their trading partners.

The change was effective September 26, 2023 CT / September 27, 2023 AEST.

The benefits of your Order Exchange solutions and services will not be disrupted as a result of the acquisition. While most aspects of your relationship with The Order Exchange will remain the same, we are confident that this acquisition will help advance your supply chain initiatives by offering several key benefits, including: 

• Access to the industry’s broadest trading community, which to date includes more than 120,000 trading partners in over 80 countries. 
• Superior integration with more than 400 leading accounting/ERP, e-commerce, warehouse management, and packing and shipping applications. 
• Expanded capabilities for connecting with global supply chain partners, such as third-party logistics providers (3PLs), international sourcing companies and factories.
• Opportunities to enhance supply chain efficiency and collaboration with optional value-added solutions for item data management and supply chain analytics.

As a result of the acquisition, SPS Commerce will add an additional 75 customers to its community.

As SPS expands its leadership in the market, customers will continue to benefit from being part of the world’s largest retail network. In addition, SPS retail customers will benefit from expanded services that allow them to improve trading partner collaboration and streamline order management.
